Sticks and stones may break my ....

Aikido invites children to discover their discipline, confidence, courage, and develop mind/body coordination. The training offers them a way to peacefully negotiate the challenges they experience in their lives.

Rolling drills, self-defense techniques, conflict resolution principles, and imaginative games encourage them to develop self-respect and compassion for themselves and others.
